Pack Verify Precisio Pack Verify™ was
designed with one simple goal, “Eliminate customer bill
backs.”
Pack Verify™ virtually eliminates bill backs for improper
shipments. Integration with a company's sales order system
or Precisio Pack Verify™ will ensure that the packing
procedure is accomplished at 100% accuracy. Pack Verify™
cross checks and validates that the SKU#s and quantity being
packed match the sales order perfectly.
Utilizing Intermec bar code scanners, enables your warehouse
staff to quickly and efficiently pack an order. The scanners
will also freeze the packer if out of spec bar codes are
being scanned. This of course eliminates bad barcodes as a
bill back from your customer.
Pack Verify™ will populate your shipping label with your
static and dynamic information and customer static and
dynamic information including PO#, proper ship to location,
shipper tracking number. and of course. the all important
UCC128 barcode. Thereby, eliminating all bill backs.
Precisio Pack Verify™ will then allow you to manipulate the
number of labels to print when you want to print them. All
printed purchase orders and labels are archived for easy
retrieval in case a reprint is needed.
Utilizing the power of BarTender, Precisio Business
Solutions will assist you in the design of that label. Many
templates from the largest retailers already exist. This
makes compliance fast and easy.
Pack Verify™ will not only track the quality of the entire
pack but will track the quality and speed on each individual
who is logged into the system. In essence Pack Verify™ is
also a productivity management tool.
Precisio Pack Verify™ is a .Net program that can also
receives and manages your Edi 856 transmissions. Utilizing
our simple but powerful database structure, Precisio Pack
Verify™ will ensure that your UCC128 labels are 100%
compliant with your customers' specifications. Pack Verify™
can interface with most ERP systems and all Edi
transmissions.
